• Standard production timeline ranges from 5–14 working days, unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on your location and your preferred shipping method.
• EvesGlamHair is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of wigs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

This also applies to:

• Last-minute cancellations
• Wrong head measurements supplied by the customer
• Change of mind after the wig has been started or completed

• Any changes requested after production has started may attract additional costs and may not always be possible.
